Company Driver Recruitment: What type of company does a top notch driver look for? The three most important things a driver looks for is (1) Home time, (2) Pay and benefits package, and (3) Comfortable, efficient, and high quality late model equipment to perform his job with.

We believe the best drivers want to be a part of a successful business where they can see their contributions make a difference and be financially rewarded for their help in controlling operating cost. We look for drivers who want to be a part of something great and we strive to provide that opportunity.
Potential drivers must have an attractive MVR (no more than two speeding tickets neither of which can be in excess of 15 mph over the limit) and a solid work history. Our goal is to provide the best working environment and the best pay package for the best drivers in the industry.
You owe it to yourself to make sure you are working with a company with a very competitive pay and benefits package and who also provides a family environment to drivers. Our drivers are not “numbers” in truck number whatever. We know our drivers and we know their families or at a minimum we know about their families so you will never just be a “number” at EverGreen.
