Company drivers: Call us today and find out how much you can earn per mile, per tarp, and other accessorial pay. We offer a much better pay package than most of our competitors and that is something that we are proud of. Also find out how much you can earn with our extensive bonus program. Our drivers are rewarded for operating efficiently in a big way. All of our bonuses are “do-able”. Just ask some of our drivers and find out how much they earn in bonuses in a month’s time. Bonus pay comes as a separate check so you know exactly how much you are being paid for your Safety and Efficiency.

Bonus Rewards
Drivers can earn up to 5 cents per mile on top of their regular per mile pay. We offer a Safety and Performance bonus, Speed bonus, Idle Time bonus, and Driver Efficiency bonus. Our drivers can easily earn an additional $350 to $700 per month just in bonuses. All bonuses are based on paid miles for the month and/or quarter depending on the bonus.
We have an attractive Recruitment Bonus program in place.
Bonuses are paid separately from weekly pay. Bonus dollars come in handy and drivers use them for everything from Christmas money to paying monthly notes. Bonus dollars can easily add an additional $5,000 per year to your earnings.
